If you change your mind and need to return your product. Please do so within 21 days and receive a full refund.
We are unable to exchange items.
Please note, personalised products are excluded from our refund policy.

Step 2: Download, Print and fill in the Returns form HERE (Please note that no return will be accepted unless you have included this form with your return)
Step 3: PREPARING AND SENDING THE PACKAGE BACK TO LANAI
Securely package your product and return it along with your printed returns form to:

We recommend that you use a registered delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we can not issue a refund for lost or damaged items.
Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We always aim to process your return within 14 working days of receiving your return.
Faulty Returns
Our units are manufactured to the highest level in our factory in Italy and undergo a quality check before being dispatched. However, should you need to return your unit under the one year warranty please follow the below instructions.
It is important to note that all Lanai units are covered under warranty for manufacturing defects only for 12 months from date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear or any accidental damage.

Please note that all items are covered under warranty for 1 year from date of purchase.
Should your unit be out of warranty, we do offer a repair service. There is a cost involved in this.
